Getting Shipment Delivery :

After clearing your shipments and sail of vessel from Indian port, you will receive original shipping documents thru DHL or FedEx Express ( so please provide us your full shipping address always with Tel & Fax ), these documents contain local address with Telephone, Fax and e-mail details of your delivering shipping agency near your location, hence you should also contact the shipping agency and provide these original shipping documents for clearing and take delivery of your ordered shipment on arrival of vessel .

( We can also update on current shipping status thru e-mail and telephone, if require by you.)

Destination Shipping Clearing, handling & local transportation, delivery Charges and Ocean Freight

Each Client agrees to pay Destination Shipping, Clearing, handling & local transportation, delivery Charges and Ocean Freight as applicable or imposed on import of ordered shipment by the Client’s at the destination Country or State or any jurisdiction, either it is pre-paid or post-paid thru door delivery arrangement by Impressive Arts & Interiors. Should Impressive Arts & Interiors be required to pay any such Destination Shipping, Clearing, handling & local transportation, delivery Charges and Ocean Freight on the import of Client’s ordered shipment, the amount of such Destination or Door delivery charges including Shipping, Clearing, handling & local transportation, delivery Charges and Ocean Freight (as applicable) and all related any such amount shall become immediately due and payable to Impressive Arts & Interiors.

Taxes, Duties, Custom etc.

Each Client agrees to report and pay its own taxes, duties and custom as applicable or imposed on import of ordered shipment by the destination Country or State or any jurisdiction, either it is pre-paid or post-paid thru door delivery arrangement by Impressive Arts & Interiors. Should Impressive Arts & Interiors be required to pay any such taxes, duties and custom on the import of Client’s ordered shipment, the amount of such taxes, duties and custom and all related interest, fines, or penalties shall become immediately due and payable to Impressive Arts & Interiors.

Refund and Return Policy :

Impressive Arts & Interiors will accept returns of products, and will agree to refunds for Customers who initiate an inquiry or complaint either with Impressive Arts & Interiors or with Product(s) as per terms and conditions mentioned below. Impressive Arts & Interiors will use its best efforts to resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a manner that is acceptable to both Clients and Impressive Arts & Interiors;

• Impressive Arts & Interiors will provide refund without any penalty to Customer who initiates a return of products to Impressive Arts & Interiors directly to Sales location at Udaipur (INDIA) within 15 days from the date of shipment delivery. Impressive Arts & Interiors will also charge handling & re-import charge on customers (as applicable) who make returns to Impressive Arts & Interiors directly.

• On any case of issue customer refund the Impressive Arts & Interiors requires & confirm full liabilities of Client to return back entire product(s) in proper condition as it sold to Client, and within 15-days from receipt of shipment without use, and Export Packing, shipping including custom clearing, transportation, handling and Insurance charges will not be refunds and/or returns and charge back to Client.

Amendments and Modifications :

Impressive Arts & Interiors may, at its sole discretion, unilaterally make amendments or modifications to this shipping & returns policy from time to time. Any such amendment will be reflected on the Impressive Arts & Interiors Website, and Client shall be deemed to consent to the terms of any such amendment by acknowledging its consent at log-in and ordering, and by use & accepting shopping facilities provide by Impressive Arts & Interiors.
